Payment

The Platform is a paid service and the payments made by You shall be according to the payment and pricing plans chosen by You through the Platform/application. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the programmes/ plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode chosen by you. All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company and You shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by You. Users have been given various options from which to choose and proceed with the payment for the Services via digital payment mechanisms including but not limited to Card Payment facilities, Online Bank Transfer and Wallet Payments. With reference to the payment gateway, mechanisms are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party provider as listed on the Platform and the User agrees to be bound by those terms.

Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction.

Cancellation

The company provides you (the User) the option to cancel your membership and registration with the site and application and seek a limited refund of the amount that was paid by you as Service Fees. The cancellation is allowed in the following two manners depending on the payment option chosen by you;

a. LUMPSUM PAYMENT- In case of lumpsum payment made by you for a programme/package the cancellation is allowed only up to eight (8) weeks from the date of payment. Once the cancellation is done and refund is initiated then the remaining amount calculated on pro-rata basis will be refunded and credited to your bank/card account. Access to and service on the ALSOWISE™ mobile application will be terminated immediately.

b. EMI PAYMENT – If the EMI model of payment has been availed for a programme/ package,failure to pay the accrued/next EMI will be treated as tantamount to cancellation, after a period of two weeks from the due date of the last unpaid EMI payment. Access to and service on the ALSOWISE™ mobile application will be suspended during this two week period and can be restored if the EMI payment is made during this time. After this time, access to and service on the ALSOWISE™ mobile application will be terminated immediately. There will be no refund of any amount in EMI mode.Only the access to and the services on the ALSOWISE™ mobile application will be terminated.

Refund

The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for the Services which were not rendered to the User by Us and is pending.

We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 1 working day from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 3 working days, then you may notify us on info@alsowise.com. The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request.

The company shall deduct Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) as refund/bank process charges from the pro-rated amount to be refunded to you.
